Legal Internship Opportunity

About the role

Tsaaro is inviting applications for a Legal Intern position. The intern will work closely with the finance and accounts teams to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

1) Review and draft contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
2) Identify risks, conduct redlining, and assist with basic drafting.
3) Research and interpret laws, regulations, and case law.
4) Identify inconsistencies, missing clauses or definitions, key obligations, and commercial terms.
5) Track document versions.
6) Draft professional legal and business emails.
7) Explain legal concepts in simple language.
8) Maintain contract trackers, renewal and expiry tracking, and compliance and obligation trackers.
9) Work with MS Word, Track Changes, and comments.

Requirements

1) Candidates must be in their final semester or be recent graduates.
2) Willingness to work from the office for the full internship duration is mandatory.
3) Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
4) Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment.
