Smart Solar Bidgely Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Legal Intern. The position offers an Internship / Full-Time Opportunity and involves supporting the legal team across research, documentation, compliance, and business-related legal matters.
1) Assist with legal research on applicable laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.
2) Support drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, letters, and other legal documents.
3) Assist in maintaining legal records, contracts, and documentation.
4) Support the legal team with compliance-related activities.
5) Assist in reviewing business and commercial documents.
6) Help prepare legal summaries, notes, and reports.
7) Monitor relevant legal and regulatory updates.
8) Coordinate with internal departments for legal and documentation requirements.
9) Support other legal and administrative activities as assigned.
1) LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. / LL.M. or pursuing the same.
2) Basic knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
3) Good legal research and drafting skills.
4) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5) Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
6) Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
7) Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
8) Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment.
