The Chambers of Ekta Mehta is looking for a Junior Colleague with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). The Hon’ble Delhi High Court will be the primary forum of practice, with matters also appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Trial Courts, and Tribunals at New Delhi.
1) Assist in drafting pleadings.
2) Conduct legal research.
3) Handle documents.
4) Appear before courts.
5) Brief senior counsels.
6) Manage client communication.
1) 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
2) Prior experience in the stated practice areas.
3) Excellent communication skills.
4) Ability to work effectively in a team.
5) Familiarity with filing procedures before various forums.
6) Enthusiasm for litigation.
