About the role

Uplers is looking for a Legal Intern to join its legal team at the Ahmedabad office. The internship offers practical exposure to how an in-house legal function operates within a multinational organisation.

Responsibilities

1) Assist with reviewing and organising legal drafts and agreements.
2) Support paralegal activities.
3) Assist with legal research and documentation.
4) Work on agreements or advisory matters that may involve jurisdictions beyond India, depending on the work at hand.

Requirements

1) Students in the 3rd year of B.A. LL.B. or above.
2) Recent graduates interested in understanding in-house legal functions.
