This internship offers an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in both corporate law and litigation. Interns will work closely with experienced Advocates, CAs and CSs, gaining exposure to various areas such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), contract drafting, dispute resolution, GST litigation, and more. This is a unique chance to develop legal skills in a multidisciplinary team and diverse practice areas.
1) Assisting in corporate compliance and secretarial services
2) Drafting and negotiating contracts
3) Supporting in civil and criminal litigation matters
4) Assisting with intellectual property law issues
5) Involvement in debt recovery, injunctions, and fraud cases
6) Supporting GST litigation and dispute resolution processes
7) Preparing financial statements and assisting with bookkeeping
1) Candidates pursuing LL.B from a recognized university in India.
2) Strong interest in both corporate law and litigation.
3) Good communication and research skills.
